Gotukola (Centella asiatica)

Centella asiatica or Gotukola is a member of the parsley family which is a perennial herbal plant native to India, Japan, China, Indonesia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, and the South Pacific. This plant grows abundantly in shady, moist or marshy areas.

How to make Gotu-kola tea

  • Add 1 teaspoon of dried gotu-kola powder in one cup of boiling water

  • Keep it for 10 to 15 minutes

  • Add sweetener as per your desire
